RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portal
  • Assist in arranging interviews by coordinating schedules
  • Assist in applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Understand relevant staff consultation and labour laws and manage employmentrelated templates and policies
  • Support recruiters on coordinating recruitment activities and onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist in consolidating accurate data for reporting purposes
  • Assist in maintaining update of personnel files, reports, and other relevant documents
  • Assist in gathering and filing of paperwork related to new hires including contracts and non
- disclosure agreement

  • Assist in preparing contracts and work passes
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management or any relevant studies

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Familiar with local and international employment rules and regulations
  • A great team player with a strong sense of urgency and problemsolving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to take new initiatives, at ease in fast paced environment
  • Quick learner with great passion, proactive, positive "cando" attitude and highly responsible
  • Able to commit for minimum 6 months internship
