Finance and Accountant Executive

We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accountant Executive to join our fast-growing Paytech Startup Company.

What to Expect
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team.

As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense reports.
Execute and manage all accounting operations in AP, AR, General Ledgers, etc
Manage and reconcile financial data from diverse payment gateways, including Stripe, Checkout, and Wise.
Analyze payment transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency with financial records.
Summarize and categorize payment data in alignment with accounting principles and company policies.
Develop periodic financial reports and reconciliation for management and HQ Finance
Do a regular audit on financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
Publish financial statements in time and perform monthend and yearend close process
Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders (eg: auditor, tax agent, banker, suppliers, crossdepartmental staffs) to secure database information reliably
Stay up to date with industry trends, rules and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles with a strong emphasis on payment gateway transactions.
Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Experience with the use of accounting programs
Xero
Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
Good timemanagement skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
