Job Responsibilities:

Manage social media presence:

Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), including posts, images, videos, and stories.

Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Website management:
Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up to date with relevant content. Optimize website performance through SEO strategies and regularly monitor website analytics.

Monitor and analyze data:

Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Make data-driven recommendations for optimizations and campaign refinement.


  • Collaborate with design and content teams: Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging marketing materials for digital channels. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Stay updated with industry trends:
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Share insights and recommendations with the team to continuously improve our digital marketing strategies.

Collaborate with external partners:
Liaise with external agencies, influencers, and partners for collaborations, promotions, and sponsored content, as appropriate.

Online reputation management:
Monitor online reviews and mentions, respond to customer feedback, and manage our online brand reputation.


Qualifications:

Education and experience:
A bachelor's diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the F&B industry, is a plus.

Creativity and content development:
Strong creative thinking skills to develop engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Experience in graphic design or video editing is advantageous.

Analytical mindset:
Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and advertising platforms is preferred.

Effective communication skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Able to craft compelling marketing copy and create engaging content.

Organizational and project management skills:
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Adaptability and willingness to learn:
Stay updated with the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape and be open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.

Passion for the food industry:
An appreciation for the bakery and food industry, understanding target audiences, and staying informed about food trends.

Knowledge of Singaporean market:
Familiarity with the local market, consumer preferences, and cultural sensitivities in Singapore.
