POSTED DATE March 29, 202- Connexus are working with a fast growth eCommerce business in Singapore on a newly created VP of Operations/COO role. Within this role, you will have broad oversight for numerous functions within the business, with responsbility for both hands-on operations, business strategy and long-term planning with the C-Suite.

You will have a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations, and will be responsible for:

Developing strategies for Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy, and numerous other business functions as needed.
Oversee a mix of both daytoday operations and longterm strategic planning.
Working closely with C Suite to ensure that the operational function is suitable for the overall goals of the business.
Leading the development of our global expansion strategy, including identifying new markets and opportunities, and managing the implementation of this strategy.

Job Requirements- A minimum of 10 years experience working in e-commerce, ideally within a fast-growth environment.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective longterm planning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a wide range of people.
MBA preferred but not essential.
