IT Support Engineer- Permanent role
- This role is in Alexandria
Outline of this role includes:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Product testing ˗ Troubleshooting and reporting ˗ Escalating issues to the relevant support team
- Setting up accounts for new users, including, creating, managing and deleting user accounts according to requests from management and making sure all user accounts maintain minimum access privileges and users only have access to files according to their roles, assigning Office 365 licensing and configuring settings.
- Installing printers, scanners, and other drivers, and troubleshooting connectivity issues related to IT equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Providing technical support across the company
Your experience will include:
- Knowledge of network and IPbased protocols.
- Experience with Office 365 environment
- Admin Exchange, SharePoint, security, and compliance portal.
- Handson experience with Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Excellent understanding of computer hardware, mobile devices and networking systems.
