Roles and Responsibilities:

Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer's business requirements.

Create, run and present a measurable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer's technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions

Responsible for designing/architecting the solution and development part with the help of development for large-scale customers;
Validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with the customer; Identify technical issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve

Guide and support team across multiple client engagements by providing technical thought leadership and guide the team on standard methodologies for design & development.

Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, and accelerators & as well as work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery

Skills /Competencies:

Essential Skills and Tools:
IRA, Confluence, Share-point, Bitbucket, Gitlab/Github, Toad, Putty

Process analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support.

Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Preferred skills

Minimum 10 years of Salesforce experience with handson experience with the last 45+ years as a Technical Lead
Minimum 6+ years of Handson Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience working on Salesforce. Velocity and Salesforce CPQ knowledge would be an added advantage
Minimum 3+ years of experience working in Large Salesforce Transformation Projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Triggers, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows, and assignment rules).
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client goals.
Communicate with project managers, product managers, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
