_Job Description_

  • To greet the customers upon their arrival
  • Assist customers with their wine selection
  • Understand company's product knowledge
  • Ensure that payments are processed correctly
  • Advertising wines, by handing customers wine catalogues
  • Report customer complaints to superiors
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of the retail store
  • To monitor the cash float
  • Understand the store's operational system
  • To understand and learn the store's closing and opening procedures
  • Preparation of daily sales report
  • Assist in placing wine orders
  • Conduct stock take in retail store
  • Assisting in organizing the merchandise display in the store
  • To submit new customer database to the store manager
  • Interest in wine
  • Any adhoc/admin duties as per assigned

Salary:
$1, $2,000.00 per month


Experience:

Retail Sales: 1 year (preferred)
