ACCOUNTABILITIES

Leadership:

Provide managerial leadership to Quality level staff, ensure the Admissions team's adherence to established policies and regulatory requirements, develop them through staff engagement, provide them with learning opportunities to build relevant skills and capabilities, and make recommendations on recognition and career development where applicable.


Performance Management:
Ensure the smooth execution of services provided by Admissions team to achieve departmental outcomes.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
Plan and manage the annual budget of Admissions department. Plan and manage the annual budget of Admissions department. Prioritise the allocation of resources to achieve departmental outcomes and cost efficiencies within the approved budget.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

Initiate, review and drive improvements on systems and processes to address new business requirements or enhance SIM GE applicant experience as well as improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Admissions policies, procedures and control mechanisms.


Audit & Compliance:

Implement standards and controls, drive the review of policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements, coordinate audits on Admissions department.


JOB REQUIREMENTS- Degree with years of working experience, including 5 years at a managerial level- Familiar with the higher education industry- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills- Excellent planning and organisational skills- Responsible and committed team player with strong coordination skills Result-oriented- Resourceful- Meticulous- 4.

Able to work independently and as a member of multiple and varied teams
