PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resource Management and Delivery
Assist in endtoend resourcing activities for Information Technology; work closely with Resource Management executive for effective fulfilment of open IT positions and timely contract renewals
Assist and respond to IT Hiring Manager's requests with relevant information and/or templates they need to

- complete hiring requests efficiently

Track and maintain records of all CVs/profiles received for each open position
Track and maintain uptodate IT staff records and movement for Information Technology
Liaise and work closely with IT delivery support team to enable a seamless onboarding and offboarding

- process and experience for Information Technology contract staff

Help to ensure IT staff compliance to Resource Management Office (RMO) Governance & standards, be able

- to articulate basic guidance on RMO process to IT Hiring Managers or other operational staff

Ensure latest templates and process documents are continuously refreshed, organized, and maintained in

- resource management SharePoint. Take initiative to prompt the need for updates where applicable and
- diligently follow through tasks

Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly resource management report
Undertake general admin tasks under the direction of the IT RMO Manager or Project Managers Any other duties as reasonably requested by IT RMO Manager or Project Managers
Relevant administration experience, preferably in Information Technology would be an added advantage
Outsourcing and vendor management experience would be an added advantage
Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating, and team building
Strong governance of adhering to the company policies and procedures
Orderly and businesslike approach to finance and resource administratio
