Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance, day-to-day operational support for existing operations. Coordinate, assist, and escort personnel for cabling work with our vendors

Ensure that cable is installed and labelled according to standards
Housekeeping of cabling
Coordinate, assist, and escort personnel for equipment installation, removal and disposal activities
Ensure that equipment is installed and labelled according to standards
Update and verify DC IT asset information in CMDB and DCIM
Ensure DC visitor logbooks are filled in correctly
Replace DC visitor logbooks as required
Quarterly review and update of DC access matrix and DC access log
Upkeep of DC general cleanliness
Enforcement of DC policy for all DC users
Coordinate, assist to replace faulty equipment (e.g., PDU, Rack, cables).

Requirements- Diploma / ITE in computer science or IT or Engineering. At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in enterprise DC administration and management. Experience in updating assets information in CMDB and DCIM is desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Salary:
$3, $4,500.00 per month
