_ Job Description:
_

Assist to establish and improve the policies for fixed assets management.
Coordinate with controlling departments to prepare the budget for fixed assets, implement the budget control and organize the adjustment to the budget for fixed assets.
Assist in day to day fixed asset management roles and responsibilities.
Assist in conduct the accounting treatment of fixed assets.
Coordinate the annual inventory check and sort up the physical fixed assets across the bank.
Pursuant to the bank's policies, assist in preparation of annual expense budget, duly allocating expenses resource to various departments and wholebank strategic demand, draft the branch article accordingly.
Monthly collect related data, establish the expense template timely monitoring the change in personal expense, business expense, depreciation, specialized supporting reward by head office.
Assist to establish effective expense pegged to department revenue mechanism, monthly calculating the available balance for specific department, and tracking the change.
Assist in the procurement review, served as the secretary of the committee, conduct the due diligence for the procurement project, organize the meeting, and form the meeting minutes, file the procurement documents as request.
Liaise with the procurement department and conduct due diligent investigation of the procurement report.
Prepare various analysis expenses report.
Conduct postevaluation report for specified project.
Coordinate with internal/external auditors and prepare to answer for inquiry.
Adhoc duties as assigned.

_Requirements:
_

At least 2 years of accounting experience
Experience in accounting software and working knowledge of MS Office.
Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage as incumbent is required to understand Chinese documents from Head Office.
Independent, handson and able to work with mínimal supervision.
