Job Responsibilities:
Application Architecture and Engineering (AAE)

Sitting within Information Technology Department, the UX Writer/ Content Designer is responsible:

Participate in user research activities to understand users' goals, behaviour and needs.
Define context scenarios and tell stories about ideal user experiences the team wants to achieve.
Write from the user's perspective, in plain English.
Make complex language and processes easy to understand.
Produce a consistent tone of voice guidelines for a product.
Design content to meet user needs.
Design appropriate usability tests for content.
Uncover users' mental models for organising information.
Design information architecture based on analytics, user needs and stakeholders' priorities.
Use methods such as card sorting, and tree testing to validate and iterate information architecture.
Audit, track and map content to IA.
Identify content gaps.
Map the flow between users and the product.
Use appropriate design patterns for organising content e.g. faceted navigation, tagging, hub and spoke.
Define SEO and SEM strategies.

What we are looking for

Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops with different stakeholders.
Have UX writing, content design and content strategy experience on digital products or digital platforms.
Possess a good portfolio that demonstrates creativity and craft in writing for digital products or media.
Have strong conceptual skills with knowledge of how copy relates to design and user experience.
Experience working closely with a UX team of Interaction/UX designers, Visual designers and UX researchers to deliver

the best user experience.
