_Responsibilities _

  • Develop, coordinate and manage the volunteer programmes.
  • Coordinate community service programmes including hosting of corporate and schools' visits.
  • Coordinate and supervise activities by organised volunteers.
  • Maintain donor and volunteer database including donor and volunteer records, volunteer hours,
contribution, etc.

  • Build rapport with beneficiaries, corporate donors and volunteers to better understand their needs
to develop appropriate programmes.

  • Handle enquiries, registration and engagement of donors and volunteers.
  • Coordinate receipt of donation inkind items from donors.
  • Maintain and update volunteerrelated materials (such as registration forms, policies, volunteer
conduct, etc.)

  • Conduct volunteer satisfaction surveys, collate and report findings.
  • Support all secretariat work and volunteer programme reporting for management and internal /
external stakeholders.

  • Provide support for volunteerrelated content for inhouse and external publications (e.g. article
contributions covering volunteer events).

  • Assist in department projects and other duties as assigned.

_Requirements _

  • A passion to work for a nonprofit organisation.
  • A recognised degree (Arts/ Communications/ Marketing/ Public Relations) with more than 3 years of
relevant experience.

  • Experience in event organising and people management will be advantageous.
  • Must be a self starter and a highly motivated individual.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eloquent with excellent writing skills and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life.
  • Resourceful and wellversed in Microsoft Office.
  • Organised and detailed oriented.
  • May be required to work on some weekends, after office hours and public holidays to support
organisation events as required.
