What you will do:

The Head of Program Management Office, SEA is responsible to oversee and execute the development, planning, execution and delivery of strategic programs which are aligned to the regional strategic vision.

This leadership role is also responsible for ensuring the region has a long-term transformation roadmap that is continuously evolving to respond to market needs, customer expectations, and new technology.

In addition, this leader will champion culture change in the organization around transformation, technology adoption and centralization.

How you will do it:

Establishes and develops programs to align to the region strategic vision.
Leads the delivery of the plans per the targets.
Strategizes with leadership team on market conditions, potential and ensures a structured program is aligned to achieve the potential.
Managing transformational activities within the region ensuring KPI's are established and measures to verify progress & success.
Work with various stakeholders together to execute programs.
Ensure a coherent effort across various departments to align the business on common strategy.

What we look for:

Degree in an engineering, management or commercial discipline combined with appropriate industry experience.
Experience working in a regional/global team environment and communicating effectively across multiple cultures
Must be able to build relationships at across all levels
10+ years of experience in business optimization and/ or project management
Ability to influence across a matrix organization without the benefit of direct reporting relationships
Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across a matrix, multicultural organization
