Posses Clinical Leadership and Guidance to nursing staffs
Incharge for Staff Management which includes recruitment process for nursing needs
Overses the daily patient care needs and the wards operations
Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, facility policies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care
Collaborate with different individuals including doctors, nurses, patients, families, support staff
Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to keep them updated on the latest practices, procedures, and protocols
Ensure staff competency in areas related to patient care, safety, and infection control
Assist in Budgeting and Resource Management
Responsible for the documention and reporting process Posses strategic leadership in leading the team of nurses to achieve the corporate's objectives

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Strong track record of enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development
Proven experience in nursing leadership and management roles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and strong commitment towards service excellence
Ability to work in a team and in a fast pace environment
