Join our dynamic and vibrant department as a Case Management Oficer in Medical Social Service Department and make an impact on the lives of patients and their families.

As a Case Mangement Officer, you will work with relevant clinical departments to provide assessment and intervention towards patient care.

Our campus adopts Kaizen approach and looks for continuous improvement when caring for patients.

You will be given opportunity to support in improvement projects/ innovation and learning activities in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our hospital services.

Qualifications:

Must have attained professional qualifications either in nursing, medicine, or paraclinical disciplines
Have prior job experience in either nursing, medicine, or paraclinical discipline with at least 5 years working experience in patient related care
A team player who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
