We are a fast-growing company in the beauty and wellness industry.

We are looking for a Junior level HR Executive who is a fast learner with a strong growth mindset to join us in our expansion.

Position Purpose and Primary Accountabilities

Responsible for supporting in hiring, onboarding activities, and logistics support for new hires such as explaining salary & terms of offer, contract preparation, personnel file preparation, and induction.
Review and craft job descriptions (JD) to improve on existing JD library.
Maintain and update new hire database in HR systems in a timely manner.
Explore and pilot innovative sourcing methods and continue to find new ways of improving the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels.
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.
Work with respective department managers to develop training programs and key performance metrics evaluation for staff career growth.
Assist in sourcing for suitable employee benefits, training partners, collaborations, team bonding events, and activities planning.
Assist in dealing with disciplinary issues and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
Prepare manpower and other adhoc reports to assist HR & Operations Manager identify HR processes' gaps for continuous improvement
Assist on other HR projects as and when required.
Follow through the offboarding process for all local and foreign employees including arranging for exit interviews and logístical returns.
Updating inhouse resource database accordingly to ensure a ready talent pool.
