Job Responsibilities:
Helping overseeing the repair center operations in APAC

  • Assist in management of spare parts inventory
  • Oversee timely repairs of blades and phones across Asia Pacific Region
  • Communicate with the repair centers about current stock and potential issues
  • Manage shipments of product replacement and spare parts within Asia Pacific
  • Assist in testing and troubleshooting of received RMA cases.
  • Contact customer who needs an alternative offer for replace once received RMAs, all repair RMAs that need a replacement instead, and repairs deemed NFF.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Strong and proven problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask working on multiple cases at the same time
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict timelines
  • Able to excel and strive in a fastpaced environment
  • Selfmotivated and selfdriven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comprehension
  • Solutionoriented
  • Processdriven and dedicated to following and improving established policies and procedures
  • Ability to critically think and analyze information on the fly
