Job Responsibilities:
Helping overseeing the repair center operations in APAC
- Assist in management of spare parts inventory
- Oversee timely repairs of blades and phones across Asia Pacific Region
- Communicate with the repair centers about current stock and potential issues
- Manage shipments of product replacement and spare parts within Asia Pacific
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting of received RMA cases.
- Contact customer who needs an alternative offer for replace once received RMAs, all repair RMAs that need a replacement instead, and repairs deemed NFF.
Pre-Requisites:
- Attention to detail is critical
- Strong and proven problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask working on multiple cases at the same time
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict timelines
- Able to excel and strive in a fastpaced environment
- Selfmotivated and selfdriven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comprehension
- Solutionoriented
- Processdriven and dedicated to following and improving established policies and procedures
- Ability to critically think and analyze information on the fly
