Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for driving strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets in assigned territories, industries and channels.
  • Sales & marketing range of industrial cleaning chemicals, household chemicals and disinfectants.
  • Develop new distributors and accounts in assigned territories.
  • Grow current distributors' sales and achieve given targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with distributors, direct customers, purchasers and end users.
  • Provide sales & product trainings to distributors and endusers
  • Work closely with key customers/distributors to plan, implement marketing strategies and promotional programs in line with company's direction.
  • Recommend appropriate pricing strategies for all product lines.
  • Gather and analyse market and competitors information.

Requirements:


  • Highly salesfocused individual who is extremely selfmotivated and keen to make increasing sales and be rewarded for success.
  • Experience in sales is a must. Prior sales experience within South East Asia or other region in finished chemical products is strongly preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in marine, oil & gas, industrial sectors, distributor management, hardware distribution would be advantageous.
  • Regional distributor management and/or business development experience in South East Asia are also welcomed.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Willing to travel.
