Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for Beauty Advisor based in Singapore.

**THE ROLE: As part of the Clarins Beauty Advisor Team, you act as our Brand Ambassador in promoting the brand's skincare products to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Promote our brand's skincare products over the counter
Be part of the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high level of service excellence in retail touchpoints
Perform skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service
Uphold and enhance customer experience through excellent merchandising standards and presentation
Actively provide ideas to drive instore engagement, crossbrand collaboration and retailtainment to attract and engage customers.
Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions

YOU ARE:

Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty

YOU HAVE:

Possess at least GCE N/O Level qualification
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry
Good interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative
A good team player
Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
Passionate about the beauty and service industry
