The Customer Service Supervisor will report to the Term Project Manager


Required experience and skills:


  • Independent, Customer oriented with high adaptability to different client/ in different situation.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Able to work under pressure.

What you will be doing:


  • Ensure that enquiries are handled in a professional way.
  • Ensuring all of client follow up and enquiries are well received and executed.
  • Ensure that all enquiries are handled without delay.
  • Cooperation with Operations and Sales at all levels to ensure timely job completion / customer satisfaction.
  • Be an active team player and consistently seeking improvement in work processes.
  • Working within the company's compliance and governance.

Requirement:


  • Minimum Diploma.
  • 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Staying in Woodland / Admiralty Area preferred.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin and English and some other dialects.

Others:


  • Station at Client's office.
  • Training will be provided.
