Description
The Customer Service Supervisor will report to the Term Project ManagerRequired experience and skills:
- Independent, Customer oriented with high adaptability to different client/ in different situation.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Able to work under pressure.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure that enquiries are handled in a professional way.
- Ensuring all of client follow up and enquiries are well received and executed.
- Ensure that all enquiries are handled without delay.
- Cooperation with Operations and Sales at all levels to ensure timely job completion / customer satisfaction.
- Be an active team player and consistently seeking improvement in work processes.
- Working within the company's compliance and governance.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma.
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Staying in Woodland / Admiralty Area preferred.
- Able to converse in Mandarin and English and some other dialects.
Others:
- Station at Client's office.
- Training will be provided.
