We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Client Service Executive Team Leader.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Actively manage the dayto day servicing and processing activities to ensure Client Service Executive ("CSE") are delivering high level of servicing
  • Maintains strong oversight and follows through with CSE on outstanding Client matters (Control, KYC and Investment related matters)
  • Manage CSE feedbacks with particular emphasis on operational issues, processes matter and updates Business Managers, Market Heads and Regional CSE Head as appropriate
  • Review training materials impacting CSEs and ensures CSEs are well trained in Change initiatives such as Digital, Change the Bank initiatives etc.
  • Devise and perform quality review checks, where required to determine process adherence
  • Identifies issues/trends and suggest controls to mitigate impact
  • Ensures CSE have strong risk and control mindset with timely error, complaint and fraud escalations etc
  • Ensures CSE alignment to strategic Private Banking agenda
  • Participate and drive Process Improvement, procedure reviews and / or initiatives where it impacts Client Service Executives
  • Promotes best practices and ensures consistency in promoting Best

  • Responsible for sourcing good Talents including driving consistency in new CSE's Onboarding experience
  • Provides effective coaching and maintains ongoing people development dialogues with CSEs
Requirements

  • At least 10 years of related experience within private banking; licensed
  • Selfstarter with proven ability to make balanced and independent decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and able to influence and drive business results
  • Good knowledge of Private Bank Industry practices, products, services, and controls
  • Attention to detail and ability to think out of the box
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Established People Manager and/or with proven coaching experiences
  • Service oriented with can do attitude
