Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide support on system-related issues in AGMD
- Manage budgets and expenses to meet AGMD's financial goals annually.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures for AGMD staff in Singapore
- Support all business line staff to indirectly contribute to AGMD's revenue targets
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement and aid in their implementation
- Prepare various internal and regulatory reports
Job Requirements:
- Must have a degree
- For Analyst level: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support
- For Associate level: Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative team player with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Tech-savvy with IT skills such as macro programming
