Description
Assist and support the Therapists in the delivery of rehabilitative care to our elderly residents.


Duties:


  • Assist in ambulation of residents, gait training, active and passive exercises, cold/heat therapy.
  • Set up the equipment/apparatus for therapy session.
  • Porter the residents to/fro the treatment room and Wards.
  • Plan, prepareand implement appropriate diversional and recreational activities for the residents.
  • Document residents' attendance and activity records.

Requirements:


  • WSQ Higher/Certificate in Therapy Support or NITEC in Community Care and Social Services, or equivalent.
  • Must be physically fit as job requires lifting and transferring residents.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Patient and caring towards the elderly.
