An experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator with over 3-5 years of experience in IFM with a track record of success in overseeing day-to-day operations of premises and sites.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the premise in collaboration with the operations lead

Ensure all administrative functions, facility services and any issues are covered

Strive for continuous improvement in processes

Manage soft services supplies and ensure adequate stocks and materials are available

Manage supply and service contracts approved by clients

Mitigate risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans

Stay on top of health and safety issues and participate in reviewing them

Monitor IFM budget and ensure spend are met to support operations

Ensure vendor invoice processes comply with standards.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

Strong knowledge of facilities operations and management, including administrative functions, security, and safety protocols

Experience in managing supply and service contracts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others

Strong problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Certification in facilities management, premise management, or a related field is a plus.
