Description
1. JOB SUMMARY, PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the crewing team to identify and expand new business opportunities through communication with potential vendors, customers and the other departments
- Part of the Business Development team in marketing the platform apart from the crewing services
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the crewing vendor management team including the P&L.
- Work with product team to innovate and refine product offerings basis trend and feedback.
- Cross functional collaboration on necessary systems and processes to support business needs and deliver efficiency improvements as wellbuilding the branding of the platform. Part of the middle management team in ensuring deliverables as well as mapping the platform's blueprint.
2. JOB SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENT / COMPETENCY
- Minimum a Degree in Maritime or other relevant discipline;
- At least 10 years of experience in crew manning companies especially in business development.
- Proficient in Chinese and English 2 major languages both in speaking and writing
- Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills
- Min. 3 years of team management experience
- Ethical, fair and high integrity.
- Selfdriven, results oriented with a positive outlook
- Natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
