Human Resources and Admin Manager, Venture Capital - Singapore - Amethyst Partners
Description
Our client is n regional Venture Capital fund with a strong track record in the region.As the business continues to grow they are looking to hire a HR and Admin Manager and the role is based in Singapore office.
Key responsibilities:
- Cover a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, incentive and budgeting proposals, employment formalities etc
- Work with Business Partners to provide professional HR services and advice
- Ensure the HR policy is compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements
- Oversee and support work pass & relocation matters
- Employee onboarding and orientation, organize employee information
- Assist in administering and updating any changes in terms of employees' benefits, medical and hospitalization insurance plans etc.
- Some administrative tasks as required
Key requirements:
- At least 5 years of HR experience in the financial services industry, such as in fund management, asset management industry
- A good allrounded experience in human resources
- Strong knowledge in employment ordinance and regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, responsible, a team player whilst able to work independently
