Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and report transport KPIs.
  • Plan and schedule daily routes to operate at optimum level.
  • Ensure accurate data is captured in the transport management system.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs of transport department.
  • Conduct investigation and suggest corrective & preventive actions for any delivery discrepancies, accidents and customer complaints.
  • Foster good relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and participate in continuous improvement plan.
  • Ensure compliance to safety standards by conducting audits and safety briefings to the staff and drivers.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or NITEC in Logistis or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of experience in route planning or distribution operation
  • Familiar with LTA and other local authorities' rules and regulations
  • Familiar with Singapore directory information and traffic conditions
  • Good interpersonal skills and a selfdriven individual
  • Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point)
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
