  • Lead technical teams, defining key milestones and providing direction for future digital roadmaps for the organization
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to define a technology strategy that drives implementation and engagement among consumers
  • Encourage innovation and new initiatives to transform the digital landscape of the current environment
  • Ensure strong service delivery standards across systems, ensuring reliability and resilience.

Skills Required:


  • At least 8 years of experience building and leading digital teams, as well as digital initiatives and products. Experience handling B2C products are a strong advantage.
  • A strong technical background, being able to provide guidance to strong technical team members
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with business stakeholders and various technical teams
  • Experience managing third party vendors and ensuring timely project/service delivery.
