Manager, Programme Office


Job Purpose

  • The staff will be responsible for planning onboarding courses runs, implementation of STEP related learning programmes and managing SMRT Institute's operational budget and SMRT's Group training budget. This role includes development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and dashboard reporting for Training Team.

Responsibilities

  • New Hire Intake Planning
  • Plan and administer hew hire onboarding courses which include but not limited to: (a) Liaise with HR on the weekly intake numbers, (b) Liaise with Training Delivery Team on trainers assignment to onboarding courses, (c) Liaise with Facilities & Resource Management Team on learning facilities assignment


  • STEP programmes administration

  • Execute and monitor STEP related programmes and SGRA related courses which include but not limited to:
(a) Confirm with HR or stakeholders on the identified STEP programme participants
(b) Assignment of STEP curricula to identified staff
(c) Report to SMRT management on completion status of STEP programmes
(d) Close liaison with (i) Curriculum Developers on latest courseware, (ii) Stakeholders on implementation of domain specific courseware, (iii) SGRA on registrations

  • Process reviews & RPA
  • Review and develop process automation using Ui Path software on training administration processes.


  • Dashboard

  • Review and develop dashboards / visualisations for Learning Ops or Training Team reporting.


  • Budget Management

  • Monitor and track the Group learning budget as well as the internal Institute budget.
  • Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, in any discipline from a recognized university
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Familiarity with using SAP, ARIBA, UiPath and Power BI preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant procurement related experience, preferably in a training environment
