Description

Assist the Operation's Manager in the daily supervision of the whole operations and manpower to ensure operational excellence and top customer service.

Coordinate with the General Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.

  • Overall management of warehouses' activities; plan routes and process deliveries.
  • Develop a productive, stressfree and profitable working environment for employees.
  • Uncover any customer issues or service lapses and discuss them with the Operations Manager and team members, to devise ways of improving, and resolving problems and complaints
  • Oversee operational cost, and in charge of closing of the daily delivery reports.
  • Perform routine inspection and evaluation on the driver's and rider's delivery schedules.
  • Liaising and negotiating with all business clientele.
  • Weekly meetings and prepare reports to Operation's Manager.
  • In charge of attendance and schedule appointments to riders and driver's delivery schedules and making sure that there is standby whenever deemed necessary.

Skill Requirements:


  • Need have Bachelor Degree
  • At Least have 4 years relevant experience
- working permanent night shift
- valid Singapore Class 4 license as back up delivery driver if required

  • Require to work over weekend/PH/after office hours.
  • Requiure to standby 24/7 after working hours for unforeseen circumstance.
  • Able to commit time in this role.
  • Excellent leadership
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
