Main Duties:
Assist in day to day administration of Human Resource operations and records:
- Time & attendance administration;
- Leave administration;
- Training logistic & record keeping;
- Recruitment & onboarding;
- Benefits & claims administration;
- Submission of monthly HR reports;
- Employee record keeping;
- Prepare & update employee manual;
- Travel desk administration.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels;
- Good organisational skills.
