Description

Responsibilities:


  • Managing the day to day operation of sports facilities (swimming pools, tennis court, changing rooms) in a safe and effective manner
  • Supervise and perform daily counter duties including but not limited to counter services, attending to feedback/suggestions and enforcing facilities' policies, rules and regulations
  • Responsible for the planning, organising and delivering of a range of aquatic and sports programmes catering to different levels and skills
  • Responsible for the managing and initiating of sports and social interest groups including but not limited to membership recruitment and engagement activities
  • Responsible for the organising of bimonthly committee meetings including but not limited to timely follow up on decisions required and minutes preparation
  • Responsible for the generating of daily facilities utilisation report
  • Assist in planning and execution of Club events within budget
  • Carry out any other duties or special assignments as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:


  • Minimum diploma in related discipline (events or sports management)
  • Prior experience working in related fields will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fun and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Wellorganized and disciplined
  • Ability to work well both individually and in a team with mínimal supervision
  • Able to work shift and on public holidays
