Accounts Executive - Singapore - OFFICE PLANNER PTE LTD
Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a Partial Set of Accounts
- AP & AR.
- Handle and follow up on progress claims, progress certifications, and settlement of final accounts.
- Submission of Project Claims.
- Keep track of past projects and retention due.
- Data entry of AR and AP to MYOB System.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Assist with the general daytoday administrative tasks.
- Any other adhocs as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure, detailoriented, and employs a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Positive working attitude, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- The ability to multitask, works in a fastpaced environment and meets deadlines.
- Meticulous & high sensitivity in managing confidential reports.
- Knowledge of MS Office & proficiency in Excel.
