Our client, a Fund Management Company with the Capital Markets Services License., is looking for a support function team member.

Prior experience/knowledge in the financial markets is not preferred.

Job title:
Client Support

Job Description:

To be a liaison between clients and portfolio manager
Accounting support for clients, collect expense receipt, prepare accounting document
Handle KYC for client onboarding and due diligence, agreements with clients
Provide assistance and secretarial work for CEO
Support CCO in the compliance functions
Handle any company related matter which may include operation, general affairs

Requirements:

PC skill (Word, Excel)
Language proficiency in Japanese (Speaking and Writing) to communicate with clients
Business level in English
Having a deep knowledge of Japanese culture (for Japanese clients)
Introductory level or knowledge of the financial industry

Others

Salary:

SGD 4,000 -5,000 +VB (depends on performance)

Working hour:
Office Hour, Monday to Friday,
