DESIGNATION :
Executive (1-year contract), Lee Kong Chian School of Business


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as coliaison with instructors of UG courses and a vast majority of PG courses on the steppedup effort in Assurance of Learning processes
  • Compilation/organization of electronic and scanning paper documents to comply with reaccreditation efforts
  • Preparation of documents, collection of data for accreditation submissions
  • Act as coliaison between the Accreditation bodies and individuals within SMU who contribute to the accreditation process
  • Assist in general documentation and visualisation of data using infographics in reports and/or electronic media for accreditation reports and visits by external accreditation agencies
  • Administration of AOL assessments
  • Assist in organizing the site visits by peerreviewers of various reaccreditation and external review processes
  • Logistical and event planning support
  • Assist in building and managing a virtual and hybrid sharing space and platform to archive and showcase accreditation material and resources for future audit visits
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good writing and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact well with faculty, staff, and students
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to prepare informative and accurate reports
  • Able to validate data, identify data errors and rectify the mistakes
  • Strong computer literacy skills specifically in the Microsoft Suite
  • Able to use common graphic tools to present infographics and generate reports will be an advantage
  • Has initiative in work planning and able to work independently
  • Good time management
  • Able to handle confidential information
