Responsibilities:

Updating of receipts for private and corporate customers, intercompanies etc, and reconciliation against bank statement;
Preparation of bankin slips for cheques received;
Clearing of settled cases for accident repairs;
Perform reconciliation between Claim System and SAP system for third party accident repairs;
Month end check to bank statement to ensure all receipts are taken up;
Posting of AR related journals;
Preparation of audit schedules and analysis;
Generation of reports such as debtors ageing summary & calculation of Debtors' Turnover days, statement of accounts to customers etc.;
Monthend reporting
Credit Management;
Other related adhoc functions.
