Description
Ensures compliance with approved nursing standards.

  • Assesses and delivers quality geriatric/dementia nursing care.
  • Conducts preassessment of new clients referred by AIC.
  • Ensures clients' enrollment complies with SOP.
  • Handles documentation for relevant government bodies.
  • Coordinates with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client conditions.
  • Monitors and reviews clients' progression and implements care plans.
  • Provides health promotion and counseling to clients and families.
  • Performs nursing care tasks such as medication administration and wound dressing.
  • Manages nursing team/care staff performance.
  • Coordinates and monitors clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.
  • Performs CPR, AED, and first aid in emergencies.
  • Supports health promotion activities.
  • Participates in clinical service projects and infection control campaigns.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Participates in training and development of care staff.

Qualifications:


  • Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Advanced / Specialist Diploma in Geriatric / Community Nursing an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
