About the job:
- To welcome walkin customers. Product Introduction & customer service.
- Follow up with customer (retail and corporate) queries & address issues where necessary.
- In charge of procurement & inventory management.
- Key point of contact between Management, Retail & Finance team.
- Render support to Management and colleagues.
- Prepare quotations, invoices & goods delivery for corporate & online customers.
- Process invoice, daily closing of sales and receipts reconciliation.
- Improve & implement processes for greater work efficiency.
- Handles documentation, paperwork and operational matters.
- Admin duties: sort mails, stock up grocery, maintain shop cleanliness & any ad hoc duties as required.
About you:
- Min. O / A levels with a flair for operations
- Min. 3 years work experience in related field in handling retail operations.
- Familiar with gst requirements
- Good team player and can work independently
- Organized, meticulous, proactive & have 'cando' attitude
Other:
- Mon to Fri: 11am to 7pm
