About the job:


  • To welcome walkin customers. Product Introduction & customer service.
  • Follow up with customer (retail and corporate) queries & address issues where necessary.
  • In charge of procurement & inventory management.
  • Key point of contact between Management, Retail & Finance team.
  • Render support to Management and colleagues.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices & goods delivery for corporate & online customers.
  • Process invoice, daily closing of sales and receipts reconciliation.
  • Improve & implement processes for greater work efficiency.
  • Handles documentation, paperwork and operational matters.
  • Admin duties: sort mails, stock up grocery, maintain shop cleanliness & any ad hoc duties as required.

About you:


  • Min. O / A levels with a flair for operations
  • Min. 3 years work experience in related field in handling retail operations.
  • Familiar with gst requirements
  • Good team player and can work independently
  • Organized, meticulous, proactive & have 'cando' attitude

  • Mon to Fri: 11am to 7pm
