Requirements and Qualification:
5 to 10 years of experience in marketing automation or a related field.
Proven track record of successful marketing automation campaigns and strategies.
Strong proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Adobe Campaign
Excellent database management skills, with an ability to analyze and utilize data effectively.
Proficient in HTML and web development practices.
Relevant certifications in marketing automation tools and techniques are preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for nurturing relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Required to have experience with designing CRM and/or LMS solutions
Designing, building and change the data model
Provide guidance to a technical team with integrations and processes
Designing and building workflows that aligns with the business processes
