Description
Perform first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports

  • Maintain daily checklists for key network and infrastructure systems checks
  • Setup and support updates for software patches and network equipment
  • Perform regular checks on technical equipment and provide quick onsite response to issued identified/ reported
  • Provide technical support on system admin requests from users and implement process improvements
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly key indices for management reporting

Requirements:


  • Minimally 2 years of experience of relevant experience required
  • Driven and motivated to lead users in adopting IT best practices, while having a continuous improvement mindset
  • Possesses focus, initiative, and discretion in meeting project deadlines
  • Team player with good communication skills, able to communicate effectively across various corporate and business functions
