Job Overview

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives for diverse talent acquisition.
Collaborate with company leaders to forecast and plan key staffing initiatives.
Manage the full cycle recruiting process across multiple business units.
Optimize recruitment processes and implement strategies to attract passive job seekers.
Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
Monitor and report key metrics to measure and predict staffing activity and budget.
Cultivate relationships with thirdparty recruitment agencies and universities to build a talent pipeline.
Lead the creation of recruitment plans and events for open positions.
Participate in other HR and recruitmentrelated tasks and crossfunctional projects as assigned.

Excellent understanding of the different business units and their talent needs.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Good decisionmaking skills with a sense of urgency.
Diploma or BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant field.
