Job description:

About the job:

Meeting with the IT manager to discuss network & system needs.
Identifying necessary improvements to computer systems.
Installing software and networking systems.
Identifying and troubleshooting network and system issues.
Configuring and testing new computer systems.
Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
Hands and feet support to the global team; onsite support.
Managing vendors.
Supporting project team for project scoping as well as local.
Responding to general IT requests.
Documenting work and creating reports.

About you:

Bachelor's degree in engineering plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an Enterprise network environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good knowledge of Networks (Cisco, Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba Wi-Fi).
Good knowledge of Systems (Windows servers, AD, DHCP/DNS,).
Familiar with Data Center activities like racking, cabling.
Ability to project manage.
Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
Ability to communicate professionally through all types of media with associates and management.
Must have strong work ethics, be well organized, and reliable. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fastpaced and highvolume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
