Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a highly skilled "Client Project Implementation Manager" to oversee the organization's client base and develop a Job portal for Foreign Manpower placements and initiatives within the organization and to the clients across various industries.


Responsibilities:


  • You will establish yourself as an advisor and ensure implementation of access and connectivity to the clients with organizations internal job portals.
  • You will work as a Subject matter expert to represent the organization and acquire new clients from internal or external sources.
  • You will coordinate with sales and business heads to develop and agree on targets (client, product, closure etc) for prospective clients.
  • You will leverage existing leads whilst continuously building a pipeline of new clients to further develop in new markets / client segments.
  • You will develop and contribute towards regional strategy and sales initiatives
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:


  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred.
  • CEI (Basic) Certification is a MUST.
  • Minimum 10years experience in Software development and implementation (like web portals) is preferred.
  • Able to travel fequently to overseas like Malaysia, Bangladesh and India.
  • Proven experience is required as a Project Implementation Manager in handling development of job portals.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
