Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled "Client Project Implementation Manager" to oversee the organization's client base and develop a Job portal for Foreign Manpower placements and initiatives within the organization and to the clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

You will establish yourself as an advisor and ensure implementation of access and connectivity to the clients with organizations internal job portals.
You will work as a Subject matter expert to represent the organization and acquire new clients from internal or external sources.
You will coordinate with sales and business heads to develop and agree on targets (client, product, closure etc) for prospective clients.
You will leverage existing leads whilst continuously building a pipeline of new clients to further develop in new markets / client segments.
You will develop and contribute towards regional strategy and sales initiatives
Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred.
CEI (Basic) Certification is a MUST.
Minimum 10years experience in Software development and implementation (like web portals) is preferred.
Able to travel fequently to overseas like Malaysia, Bangladesh and India.
Proven experience is required as a Project Implementation Manager in handling development of job portals.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently
