About the role - Principal Responsibilities

The Position


The PGIM Real Estate Systems team is a group of technologists who work directly with the business to implement new technology in addition to supporting the various systems and tools used by the business community.

The Systems team is offering an exciting and unique opportunity for a fresh graduate to develop important industry skills and make a valuable impact on business results through the use of technology.

This role will be for 1-2 years and is located in the Singapore office. It will also be eligible for contract renewal.


Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with data analysis using SQL and Excel.
  • Provide support identifying requirements and writing related documentation.
  • Provide analytical support in evaluating new technology.
  • Create reports utilizing various toolsets.
  • Write documentation for product manuals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Organized and reliable with attention to detail.
  • A Strategic thinker with problemsolving skills.
  • An Outstanding writer with strong communication skills, possess the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Creative, curious, and optimistic, with an eye for technology that will drive the business forward.
  • Interested in learning and building an analytical skill set including Excel modelling, data analysis using SQL, and report building via Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
  • Currently studying computer related degree.
