Description
Manage cargo operations and documentation- Safeguard product quality and quantity
- Ensure all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are in compliance with Company work instructions
- Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage on board bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented
- Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook and daily ROB report.
- Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the Operations Manager immediately and assist in onsite investigation
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
- 1 Year Experience as bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers
- Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices
- Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering
- Willingness to follow Company's shift duties and stay on board vessel
- Effective communication skills
- Meticulous, responsible and good follow through skills
