The HSE Engineer's responsibility is:

Coming out with injury prevention plan
Cultivate a work safety culture and environment
Responsible for reporting and investigating of workplace incidents
Work with other department for orders completion purpose such as production team
Responsible for implementation of EHS programs
Involve in the planning and implementation of plant's safety policies, procedures and programs.
