Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the product manager for a suite of international events, ensuring impeccable execution and strategic alignment.
- Partner with internal teams and external advisors to create commercially attractive event programs that resonate across global markets.
- Craft and deliver insightful product briefings to empower sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Source and secure highcalibre speakers, managing all aspects of their participation from invitation to onsite support.
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling promotional materials that capture the essence of each event.
- Oversee onsite logistics, guaranteeing that sessions proceed smoothly and attendees receive exceptional service.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, enhancing the company's network and reputation.
- Prudently manage speakerrelated budgets, ensuring costeffectiveness without compromising quality.
- Champion clear and effective communication within crossfunctional teams, driving collaborative success.
- Act as a distinguished representative of the company at educational and networking events, raising the profile of the brand.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in event management, particularly within the APAC region and with a focus on Japan.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in speaker management and stakeholder engagement.
- Adept at working within crossfunctional teams and comfortable in a leadership role.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Japanese considered a significant asset.
- Travelling to regional areas will be required.
