Responsibilities:


  • Answer all phone enquiries and requests pertaining to room reservations, dining reservations, additional room amenities, maintenance requests, etc. and ensuring that the relevant departments are notified of the requests and followup calls given to guests to ensure requests or issues are followed through.
  • Maintain a proper and neat record tracking or filing method to ensure all records including contacts, guest comment cards, compliments, DCC conversion tracking and documents including laundry and linen movements are kept accordingly.
  • Prepare welcome and amenity cards for arriving and inhouse VIPs, Long Stay and Regular Guests.
  • Perform any other job tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in any servicerelated field.
  • Outgoing, meticulous and serviceoriented.
  • Knowledge of Opera system is an added advantage.
