Description

**Our Client is a leader in the Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Regional Human Resources Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West, easily accessible.

Responsibility:

Responsible for full Spectrum of HR and Admin duties such as Recruitment, L&D, onoff boarding, compensation, payroll outsourcing (SEA) and reporting (HR reports and Cost) and other HR matters in local and SEA market
Collaborate with management to execute company direction with HR activities, HR policies, engagement and other programs
Responsible for general affairs and office managements
Work and support regional (SEA) HR manager on strategic HR activities and initiatives, such as Culture, Labour, Hiring, Growth, L&D and Talent Management.
Responsible for regional HR tactical matters in the Core Areas of Excellence.
Support regional manager with Analytics Processes, work flow management and maintain electronic or physical documentations
Any adhoc duty as given

Requirement:

Min Degree in HR or relevant field
Min 5 years of full spectrum and HR operation experience with at least 2 years regional experience.
Experience with Workday, BIPO will be added advantage.
